ASUBBQ will cook the perfect hog for any event, our cooking method makes for sweet succulent meat & crispy crackling every time.


Our hogs are all USDA federally inspected & stamped; if you want to provide the hog it must meet the same requirements!

We recommend one pound hoof weight for every guest when figuring meat quantities. In other words, if you’re feeding 100 guests we would provide a 100 pound hog. After a typical cook, the hog will yield roughly 50% of its original weight in meat.

The cooked meat is chopped, seasoned and served on the plate or with petite rolls for sandwiches. We provide an Eastern North Carolina vinegar based sauce as a condiment.

If you would like us to cater a Pig Roast at your home we provide a set menu:
~ Slow roasted whole hog (75 lb minimum)
~ Red smashed potatoes w/ butter, sour-cream & fresh herbs
~ Cob corn medallions w/ butter & Parmesan cheese
~ Southern style coleslaw
~ Mixed green salad
~ Mini corn muffins
~ Petite bread rolls

We can also cook, box up & deliver a fresh hog to you for any event. We only provide the hog, sauce & delivery, you provide the rest.
